CDS can help you hire permanent employees that are experienced, knowledgeable and can hit the ground running. After undergoing a rigorous screening, interviewing, and testing process, we will select a small number of candidates we feel are the best fit for your needs for you to interview. Every candidate will be accompanied to the interview with a qualification file that will include all the details you need to make a hiring decision, including:

  • A 10-year employment history
  • Criminal background search
  • Drug screen
  • MVR check
  • License
  • Medical Certificate (if required)

All of our qualification files meet or exceed standards set by DOT or OSHA, as well as any other state or federal agency, depending on the classification of their experience and credentials.
